Mang Tomas is an all purpose sauce that is addictively tangy and garlicky, perfect for roast pork and it’s fried version (lechon kawali) or any fried food that needs a tangy shot of flavour. with it’s bread crumbs subbing for the thickening power of liver.
Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Sugar and Palm Oil), Cane vinegar, Salt, Hydrolyzed Plant Protien (Soy Pro- tien), Onions, Garlick, Black Pepper and 0.1% Sodium Benzoate added as preservative.
