Mang Tomas is an all purpose sauce that is addictively tangy and garlicky, perfect for roast porkand it’s fried version (lechon kawali) or any
fried food that needs a tangy shot of flavour. With it’s bread crumbs subbing for the thickening power of liver.
Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Sugar and Palm Oil), Cane Vinegar, Salt, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein (Soy- Protein), Onions, Garlick, Black Pepper and 0.1% Sodium Benzoate added as preservative.
