1. Definitions

The following expressions in the Terms and Condition of Sale shall mean respectively

Company – The company S&R Oriental Foods registered in Wales

Goods – the products the company is selling or supplying ” Consumer” – means an individual acting for purposes of buying our products.

Contract – the legally binding agreement between you and us for the sale and purchase of goods.

2. Order and Delivery of Goods

• customers can place order in our website
• orders can only be process upon check out
• delivery to follow within the schedule area, – cut off time for all orders is 18:00 hrs.
• all orders after the cut off time shall be deliver on the next delivery schedule.

3. Prices

• all prices are inclusive of VAT
• the company reserves the right to amend the price and other offer with out prior noticed if the company consider such action necessary due to factors beyond our control such as but not limited to foreign exchange rate fluctuation, changes in import taxes, increase in the cost of labour and fuel.

4. Return and Refund

• Our return and exchange policy last for 30 days. After 30 days since your purchase, we can`t offer you an exchange or refund..
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection and the reason approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• Damaged to the goods or missing goods must be notified within 24 hours upon receipts of the delivery.
• The company is liable only for the value of goods sold to customers.
