Description
Mama Sita’s Capampangan Sisig citrus-pepper spice mix: Good mix powder when making sisig dish. Sisig is a Filipino dish made from part’s of a pig’s face and belly, and chicken liver which usually seasoned with calamansi(citrus), onions and chili pepper. The dish name comes from “sisigan” an old Tagalog word which means “to make it sour”.
Ingredients:
Lemon Powder, Philippine Lemon Juice extract and maltodextrin 37.5%, Onion Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Citric Acid 4.91%, Natural Yeast Extract, Chili Powder 1.5% and Colour Caramel.
