Buenas Sauted Shrimp is a fermented shrimp for a couple of weeks.  Good for adding to vegetables like the pinakbet in the Philippines.

Ingredients:  Tiny Shrimp 80%,  Iodized Salt,  Corn Oil,  Cane Sugar,  Vinegar,  Hot Pepper and Garlic.
